Leeds United v Man Utd live: score, updates and line-ups

Full time at Elland Road: Leeds 1-1 Man Utd. Mbeumo's first-half finish from Tielemans' cross looked set to be enough, but Calvert-Lewin levelled early in the second half from a Muharemovic assist following a corner. United pushed hardest for a winner down the stretch, edging the shot count despite Leeds having the lion's share of possession, with Bruno Fernandes and Cunha both denied late on. A fair reflection in the end, with both sides sharing yellow cards in stoppage time as United leave with a point rather than all three.

United have kept pressing in search of a winner deep into stoppage time. Bruno saw a shot blocked and Amad fired well wide after good work from Dalot, though Amad was then twice caught offside as the visitors' urgency got the better of them. United now lead the shot count 12-10 despite Leeds still dominating possession, and it's the away side who've carried the greater threat as the game approaches its final moments.

United have kept their foot down, with Diallo and Mount both going close after the visitors won a corner - Mount's effort from Bruno's cutback flashing just wide. Leeds still enjoy the lion's share of possession but United's shot count has crept up to level with the hosts, and it's United who look the more likely to find a winner with Mazraoui and Mount's introductions adding fresh legs going forward.

United have found another gear in the last ten minutes. Bruno Fernandes forced a good save from Trafford before Tielemans had a strike blocked moments later, and Dalot's involvement in that chance shows the visitors pushing bodies forward. Leeds still have more of the ball but it's United creating the clearer openings as they chase a second goal at Elland Road.

Leeds have continued to dominate the ball but United have steadied themselves since Calvert-Lewin's leveller, with Baleba's effort from distance the closest either side has come in this spell. The game has opened up a bit with chances at both ends - Tanaka dragging one wide for Leeds - but neither keeper has really been troubled since the restart's goal flurry. It's 1-1 and finely poised with both sides probing for a way through.

Leeds level it from a corner - Muharemovic's header isn't cleared properly and Calvert-Lewin reacts quickest to stab home from close range. United's lead lasted barely 15 minutes as the home side's pressure finally tells.

Quiet start to the second half with the stats barely moving since the break - Mazraoui's introduction for Martínez the only real change of note so far. Leeds have resumed with the majority of the ball but neither side has yet added to the shot count, so United's 1-0 lead from Mbeumo's finish remains intact for now.

Leeds have pushed hard for an immediate response and finished the half much the stronger side territorially, with Tanaka, Calvert-Lewin and Bogle all forcing Lammens into action in the last few minutes alone. The United keeper has been the key man, saving well from Tanaka's effort and then again from Bogle, while Calvert-Lewin headed narrowly off target from a Bogle through ball. United still lead through Mbeumo's goal, but it's been backs-to-the-wall stuff approaching the break.

United break the deadlock against the run of play! Mbeumo, denied by Trafford just minutes earlier, makes no mistake this time, finishing crisply from the centre of the box after Tielemans whips in another dangerous cross. Leeds have had the ball, but United now have the lead.

Leeds still have the lion's share of possession at Elland Road but United have carried the bigger threat in this spell. Lammens had to be sharp to turn over Elvedi's header from a Stach cross, and moments later Mbeumo nodded just wide from a Tielemans delivery before United won a corner. Scrappy in parts, but United look the likelier to break the deadlock right now.

Leeds continue to dominate territory at Elland Road but it's still United who look the more threatening side without the ball - Martínez saw a shot blocked from outside the box earlier in this spell. Bruno Fernandes picked up a yellow card for a poor challenge, and fouls are mounting on both sides as the game stays scrappy. Calvert-Lewin was flagged offside as Leeds tried to find a way through, but neither keeper has had a save to make yet.

A quiet start at Elland Road with no shots from either side yet. Leeds have had the better of the ball, holding nearly 70% possession, but it's been a scrappy opening nine minutes shaped mostly by free kicks rather than genuine chances. Santos has just won a free kick on the right for United after Tanaka's foul, offering a rare attacking moment for the visitors.
